Liquix is a technology platform. We are not a bank, we do not hold customer money and we do not custody balances. Payments are executed by an authorised partner institution.

The customer keeps the private keys of their own wallet, on their own device. The balance is issued directly to that wallet by an authorised partner institution; it never sits in a Liquix account and is never pooled with other customers.

Liquix charges a service fee for arranging the transaction. It does not take custody of funds, does not lend, and does not promise any yield.

In (Pix to digital balance): BRL 2.00 + 1.00%
Out (digital balance to Pix): BRL 1.00 + 1.5% (minimum BRL 2.99) — minimum withdrawal: BRL 50.00

On the way out there is also the partner institution fee (BRL 1.00). It is shown added into the total — hiding that part would mean advertising a price that is not the real one.

The final amount always appears on screen before you confirm. There is no monthly fee and no maintenance charge.
