Transfers signed with your key are final. There is no refund, no cancellation and no chargeback.

Wrong address = total loss. Sending after the deadline shown on screen can also mean total loss. Always check before confirming.

Your wallet key stays with you and Liquix never holds a copy of it. That is what gives you sovereignty over your money.

In exchange: if you lose the key, or access to the device where it lives, nobody can recover your balance — not us, not the partner institution. Keep your recovery method somewhere safe.

Liquix does not block your balance. But the institution that issues the asset may block, freeze or withhold amounts linked to prohibited use, or require identity verification at any time.

We have no power to reverse those decisions, because we neither issue nor custody the asset.

The digital balance aims to keep 1:1 parity with the Brazilian real, but it is not a deposit in an account and is not covered by any deposit guarantee fund. Maintaining the parity and the redemption conditions are the responsibility of the issuer and follow its rules — which may include waiting periods.

The service depends on third-party networks and systems (the asset network, the banking system, the partner institution). Failures, slowness or downtime on those sides can delay or prevent a transaction, and are outside our control.

Because the balance always sits in your own wallet, an outage on our side does not affect what is already yours.

The rules on digital assets in Brazil are evolving. Changes in legislation may alter limits, identification requirements, taxation or the way the service works — including in ways that force us to change or suspend features.
